
A special economic zone that spans 16,150Ha of land within the Ibeju-Lekki-Epe axis of Lagos State, Nigeria. It was conceptualized by the Lagos State Government in 2005 and established in line with the Nigerian Export Processing Zone Authority (NEPZA) Act.

THE SOUTH-WEST QUADRANT
- Project Management Company: Lekki Free Zone Development Company FZC (LFZDC)
- Joint Venture: Lekki Free Zone Development Company (LFZDC), a partnership of Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited (LWIL) & China Africa Lekki Investments (CALI).
- 3,000 hectares of land size.
- Infrastructures includes but not limited to 12 MW transitional scalable gas-fired power plant, 3,000 CBM of water daily, Petroleum Natural Gas license and infrastructure, Natural gas tie-in point, good road network, Lagoon Jetty.
- Opportunities: Manufacturing sector, Information Technology sector, Trade and Logistics sector, power plants (PPP), Toll-able roads.

THE SOUTH-EAST QUADRANT
